Website hosting

We prefer to host your website because then we know everything there is to know about it.  Should issues arise with either the hosting company or the hardware, we are notified about it and can work quickly to get them resolved.

Where sites are hosted with a company chosen by you, whilst we will endeavour to help with any issues that might arise, we cannot always progress these because the relationship would be with you, and therefore, the emphasis would largely fall to you to resolve any such issues, unless you wish to disclose username/password and account details to us.

EMAIL

We provide dedicated email for all our websites.  The email address would naturally tie up with the domain name that is being used.  We work with you to configure your computer to successfully send and receive email from the dedicated email account.
